Raven Wells is a life coach, senior consultant and Director at Convergence 3C. He has facilitated individuals, businesses, workshops, and ongoing groups/communities for 20 years. Former experience includes co-director of Matrix Leadership Institute, a private psychotherapy practice, an array of entrepreneurial adventures, leading backcountry programs, and facilitation of workshops on trauma, men's work, leadership, systems theory and group dynamics. Raven is a two-time cancer survivor, yoga practitioner, outdoor lover, poet, and co-parent. For years now, his central focus has been transcending separation and quickening human consciousness through the alchemy of interconnection.
Lauren Golten MS, MA.
Lauren is a nature-based therapist and group facilitator, grounded in many years of working in nature and practicing Buddhism/mindfulness. She holds an MS in Field Biology/Natural History, an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology/Wilderness Therapy, and a BA in Ecology. She trained in the Hakomi Method of Psychotherapy, studied group systems with the Matrix Leadership Institute and has spent a number of years exploring the Soulcraft work of the Animas Valley Institute – a deep nature-based psychological healing system. Lauren currently works with groups and individual clients, is a facilitator with Convergence 3C, and a trainer/facilitator with the Matrix Leadership Institute. Her practice is based in the mountains outside of Boulder where she facilitates clients' connections with themselves, others, and the natural world.
Barbara has over 20 years of experience as a facilitator, coach, community/group mediator and consultant in the fields of leadership development, team effectiveness, conflict resolution and community engagement. The focus of her life is to help individuals and groups navigate the challenging landscapes that can prevent them from reaching their highest visions. Throughout her career Barbara has had the opportunity to partner with many world-class organizations such as Franklin Covey Company, Accenture, and Charter Oak Consulting. In 1993, she joined Stephen Covey as one of his senior consultants in the field of leadership where she facilitated and provided keynotes on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. She is passionate about working with groups and communities in conflict. Her clients include Boards of Trustees, Startups, Public Agencies, Profit and Nonprofit Organizations, Spiritual Organizations, and School Systems.
Ian brings over 30 years of business experience, including consulting, coaching, sales, management, COO, and program management of complex engineering programs. Ian’s fields of expertise are applying strategy, methodology, processes, and skills to improve results. He also has designed and implemented successful effectiveness programs at Global 100 firms. He has has presented programs to individuals and in organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia. Ian has an incredible gift for facilitating a path to simplicity and elegance that lies beyond complexity.
Kekuni Minton Ph.D.
Kekuni is a founding trainer of SPI, co-author of Trauma and the Body: A Sensorimotor Approach to Psychotherapy with Dr. Pat Ogden, and a faculty member at Naropa University. His doctoral thesis in clinical psychology focused on somatic relational therapy and he has special interests in meditation and cultural trauma. Dr. Minton was the resident psychotherapist at the Boulder County AIDS Project, and he trains internationally.
Melissa Grace MA.
Melissa has served as Lead Trainer for the Hakomi Comprehensive Trainings in Boulder, Colorado and Princeton, NJ for over ten years. She is co-director of Spring Grove, offering a range of services including psychotherapy, life coaching, executive coaching and organizational consulting. As core faculty for the Hakomi Institute, Melissa serves on the Board of Directors and has trained all levels of students (from beginners to advanced supervision) throughout the U.S. Melissa has been trained as a life coach and executive coach through the Coaches Training Institute, The Institute for Life Coaching, and Conversant. She has trained in group leadership with the National Training Laboratory and the Matrix Leadership Institute, and has facilitated groups for twenty years. Melissa also brings a dance and movement background to all of her workshops and trainings. She lives with her family and has a private practice in Boulder.
